Amala’s Updated Program Announcement:

After eight years of training and graduating over a hundred trainees, Amala will be shifting from our 95 hour program into more broadly accessible courses, which will be available to pregnant and postpartum students as well as yoga and health professionals looking for CE hours. These courses will have pre-recorded video and audio lectures as well as homework assignments, required readings and live virtual community gatherings.

Amala School of Yoga not only gifted me the education, both through an Ayurvedic and anatomical/medical lens of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, but also the place to come together and share wisdom and differing perspectives in a safe and healing space. I graduated Amala’s program feeling ready and equipped to teach Prenatal Yoga.

Program Agreement and Application

This training is a must, whether you desire to enhance your Yoga teaching toolkit - addressing Prenatal yoga students OR any other special populations that require a more mindful pace/cueing! Amala’s Training is incredibly in depth and comprehensive. I now feel much more confident, responsible and knowledgable. It was very apparent that Lela & Cassie are well-versed and yet still so excited to share their philosophy and teaching with their Teacher Trainees.

After completing your application you may register here.
