During these four days, you will learn how yoga can support women who are trying to conceive and how to address common concerns, discomforts and risk factors during the three trimesters of pregnancy.

Guest Faculty Presenters: Beth Heller, founder of the holistic fertility center Pulling Down the Moon, leads a discussion and practice about yoga and fertility. Catherine Lewan, women's health physical therapist, provides experiential learning on the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy.

Required Reading: Fully Fertile by Tami Quinn and Beth Heller, Yoga Mama Yoga Baby by Margo Shapiro Bachman

This course is a pre-requisite for Yoga for Childbirth Preparation.
